In its absence, bleeding may occur in any part of the body, and most often occurs when intestinal bacteria are destroyed by oral antibiotics. Brain injury to newborns can be reliably avoided either by giving birth to 10-20 mg of vitamin K in the birth period or by a newborn baby immediately after birth of 1 mg of K, but in addition brain or internal bleeding may be due to vitamin E deficiency.
